Mindfulness is the ability to be fully present in the moment - free from the stress of judgment and striving, and empowered to explore your world with patience, acceptance, and curiosity. It's a natural capacity we all have, but the noise of daily life and the chatter of our minds can make it hard to access.
Practicing mindfulness helps us navigate emotional ups and downs, reduce stress, and live with greater presence, ease, and compassion - for ourselves and others. Mindfulness training enhances your ability to access this innate capacity in your day-to-day life. Mindfulness allows us to get out of our heads and into life!
Join Paul Deger, a licensed therapist and experienced mindfulness facilitator, for a gentle, practical, and inspiring exploration of mindfulness and meditation.
By the end of this training, you will:
